Message: Had my first appointment with Dr. Keyes today. I’m not one who goes to the doctor regularly but my experience today was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Keyes assistant. She listened and answered every question I had. I feel this place went above and beyond the normal office visit. I had went to a doctor at Vanderbilt before and I couldn’t get a return call or message from anyone. This completely turned me away from ever going to Vanderbilt for anything. Dr. Keyes was very thorough and checked me from head to toe (unlike my experience at Vanderbilt). She took the time to listen and provided good feedback. This is how every doctors office should be. Thank you all for a great experience!
