Message: The staff is kind and the doctors care. My daughter who is now 16 has been with Cherokee Health for many years. They're wonderful at having available specialist life psychologist, psychiatrist and therapist who care. The nurse practioner is very knowledgeable. Dr Hughes is one of the best children psychiatrist I have used.

Message: The staff may be nice but the waiting is unacceptable. Have an 8:30 appointment, get here 15 minutes early, It's 9:30 still waiting. Went in 10 minutes ago to see how much longer, was told they were cleaning a room. This is for a yearly check up that they rescheduled from last month. This is ridiculous. My son is missing school and this is my only day off. I have a lot to do today. We do have lives that require scheduled appointments to be on time.
